Once I did make a reservation here but it was for a party of eleven and already a time they knew they weren't going to be aa busy, and the host who made the reservation had to get manager approval (and it was made clear that they were making an exception for me). So generally speaking, no, but under the right circumstances (perhaps during a full moon or the summer solstice) it CAN happen, and cannot hurt to ask particularly if you have a large enough party that it would be inconvenient for the restaurant to seat your group extemporaneously... at that point you are, in my opinion (as a restaurant server of nine years) doing the restaurant staff a favor by giving them the opportunity to prepare for such a larger group. It's not an easy floorplan to accommodate groups much larger than 6 under regular circumstances as is, so in such a case (and provided you are flexible with when you are willing to come in by way of compromise as they already get VERY busy at times of the day on weekends).
